Even a web developer who has no understanding of SEO digital marketing won't get it. I am going to provide with the secret sauce to do it right the first time and avoid being blocked by Google Crawlers.
Tips: Here are few things to consider to avoid being block by Google's Crawlers.
1. Poor Internal Linking: Google relies on internal links to crawl all the pages on your site. Pages without internal links often won’t get crawled.
2. No followed internal links: Internal links with no follow tags won’t get crawled by Google.
3. No Indexed pages: You can exclude pages from Google’s index using a no-index meta tag or HTTP header. If other pages on your site only have internal links from no indexed pages, there’s a chance that Google won’t find them.
4. Blocks in robots.txt: Robots.txt is a text file that tells Google where it can and can’t go on your website. If pages are blocked here, it won’t crawl them.
3. Content Strategy:
SEO strategy is essential to help you generate organic traffic or qualified leads to your website.
Now that you have done Keyword search and applied technical SEO on the site. The third most important thing is providing content that is relevant and useful as possible to your audiences. Your audience is using intent keywords to search for information on Google or search engine. To rank on the first page your content has to reflect not only the keywords but how relevant is that information you provide them. Lastly, this course goes beyond regular SEO practices and into site strategy, although providing relevant, useful content in itself increase your page authority. On the other hand, it reduces bounce rate and traffic qualified leads to your web pages.
